At the Rabi Abhiyan 2025 Conference, Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan announced that India’s agriculture sector is growing at the world’s fastest 3.7%. He credited farmers, scientists, and farmer-friendly policies. He emphasized crop insurance, strict action against fake agri-inputs, stronger extension services, and research focused on real farmer challenges under the theme “One Nation – One Agriculture – One Team.”

Supported by the Gates Foundation, this web-based tool maps climate risks at village scale (25 sq. km) for 15 crops and 6 livestock species, offering open-access data and adaptation options. ACASA aims to guide climate-smart investments, finance, and resilient farming strategies across South Asia.
